Our complex of synthetics plants including PU, nitrile, PVC and Latex production facilities. This central plant has 30,000 square metres of manufacturing area, including one plant producing all the liners and wrists production.

Plant 1: PU & Nitrile

Plant has been certified ISO9001 and 14001 by BSI. Manufacture is carried out under the strict quality control procedures. Likewise, environment and working conditions are other major considerations. Our constant efforts gave us several successful conformities to factory Audits evaluating our compliance to customer's demanding requirements.

Enhanced quality control procedures and continuous technical improvements insure consistent quality. We maintain high level of quality throughout the entire process of manufacture together with physical abrasion & cut testing facilities in accordance with CE standard.

We have successfully launched a variety of 13G seamless gloves which can either be nitrile or pu coated, Remarkably we manufactures the highest quality pu gloves in our state of the art factory utilizing 80 meters long fully automated dipping lines.

Plant 2: PVC & Latex

We manufacture PVC dipped gloves in the new plant utilizing totally 9 fully automated dipping machines. Beside the large capacity of the new production line, more important, we have been working on optimization of the line. Qiangsheng is able to deliver the most distinguished quality products with lowest possible overall cost, which means to bring our customer the highest value added goods. We have been awarded the qualification of producing products with Actifresh treatments; range of products with CAT.III / EN374 have been successfully introduced.

Latex palm knitted gloves has become the very popular style in the marketplace because it excellent dexterity and a high level of puncture resistance. Combining the knowledge of production experts and strict quality control procedures, our Latex palm knitted gloves have been well received in the market. With our own cutting tester, we actively introduce a wide range of cut resistant styles utilizing a variety of high performance fibers.

Plant 3: Liner

Liner and wrist production has been relocated in the central plant for better quality control. Our seamless knitting section is equipped with 300 brand new Shima Seiki machines.

We understand liner quality affect the final products a great deal, therefore we strictly undertake AQL quality check for liner and wrist productions.
